Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions and procedures applicable to refunds for purchases made on the Greenly website, operated by Bruno Celso da silva.

 


 

1. Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • exercise of the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days,

  • return accepted in accordance with our policies,

  • cancellation approved by our customer service team,

  • proven defect or product non-conformity under applicable legal guarantees.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to the address provided below.

 


 

2. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service at: greenly.kjb@outlook.com

The request must include:

  • full name,

  • email address used for the order,

  • order number,

  • reason for the request.

A confirmation will be sent once the request has been received and reviewed.

 


 

3. Refund Method

If the refund is approved, it will be issued:

  • using the same payment method used for the original order,

  • within the legal timeframes, and no later than 14 days after the request has been validated.

The refund may be delayed until:

  • the returned product has been received, or

  • proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

 


 

4. Refund Amount

The refunded amount includes:

  • the product price,

  • applicable taxes,

  • standard shipping costs when required by law.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated or legally required.

 


 

5. Banking Delays

Once the refund has been processed on our end, the time for the amount to appear on the customer’s account depends on the payment method, bank processing times, or card issuer delays. This may take several business days.

 


 

6. Non-Refundable Products

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal by law cannot be refunded, including:

  • personalized products or items made to the customer’s specifications,

  • opened or used products for hygiene or health protection reasons, when applicable.

Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, without needing to provide any justification.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the product.

 


 

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement sent by email to: greenly.kjb@outlook.com

Your request must include:

  • full name

  • email address used when placing the order

  • order number

  • an explicit statement indicating your intention to withdraw

A confirmation email will be sent to you after your request has been received.

 


 

Effects of Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is approved, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping fees, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may delay the refund until:

  • the returned product has been received, or

  • proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

 


 

Returning the Products

The consumer must return the product no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw.

📌 The return address is provided only after the withdrawal request has been validated by email, in order to avoid logistical errors.

📌 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

The consumer is liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

 


 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products excluded by law, including:

  • personalized products or items made according to the consumer’s specifications,

  • products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery.
